There’s the Bronze with Black Recycled PET* Vegan Leather, and there’s Arctic Grey Recycled Aluminum. What’s more, the packaging is made from a 100% rapid-renewable and compostable bamboo-sugarcane fiber.

The Communications Bar inspires a world of collaboration with everywhere you are.
Redesigned keyboard—not just for typing
While our ThinkPad keyboard is timeless, we’ve taken it to a new level. It features a glass haptic TouchPad with integrated navigation buttons. The little red TrackPoint? Still there, and you can still use it like a mouse. But you can also double-tap to launch the Communications Quick Menu settings to optimize audio-visuals. There’s even a Dictation Toolbar for handy speech-to-text transcription.

Our Z13 laptop also has ground-breaking chip-to-cloud technology with Microsoft Pluton, resulting from a partnership between AMD and Microsoft—working in conjunction with data encryption and biometrics. We test against 12 standards and more than 200 quality checks to ensure they run in extreme conditions. These tests cover harsh variables like Arctic wilderness and desert dust storms, including temperature, pressure, humidity, vibration, and more.
