It combines the latest 28w 11th Generation Intel® Core™ processors and up to Intel® Iris® Xe graphics with speedy SSD drives and up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM in two fully configurable slots. And it squeezes every ounce of performance out of them, thanks to its Dynabook-engineered dual-fan cooling system that stays quiet even under load. All this capability doesn’t compromise battery life, either – its 53Wh battery delivers over 9.5 hours’ use on a charge*, and recharges to 40% capacity in just 30 minutes.

Slim bezels result in a compact footprint, but the device nevertheless incorporates a large backlit keyboard with excellent typing feel and a roomy touchpad. Its 14″ IPS non-glare screen with touchscreen options can be lifted with a fingertip and opened up to 180 degrees; close it back up and you’re met by a stylish lid with a distinctive wave detail and diamond-cut logo. Enable effortless collaboration with the Tecra A40. Its HD webcam has a shutter slider to provide privacy while working, and is complemented by dual Cortana-ready near-field microphones which ensure noise is cancelled and voices are heard loud and clear.
